Pitstop Clinic Results

Please telephone us 2 weeks after your visit. See our Contact page for details. We regret, we're unable to email your result to you. 

Patients of the Pitstop Clinic can receive their clinic results on the Pitstop PLUS website if they prefer (please tell your health professional when you attend). You must be logged in to collect your results from the My Account section. If you've elected to do this and you can't find your results on our site after 2 weeks, please call us on the telephone number shown on our Contact page.  

(Please note Home Testing patients will receive their results by text)

At times we may need to speak with you about your results, this could be for a number of different reasons, it's not necessarily something to be concerned about.

Generally, we don't contact you if you have tested at Pitstop Clinic and your test results come back negative. 

Pitstop Clinic test results take at least 2 weeks to come back.
