Pitstop Clinic Results

If you test with us face-to-face in Clinic you will get your results by SMS text message.

Once your samples are received by the lab, it will take up to 5 working days to process your results.

If you have not received a text in 7 days, please call us at 020 8305 5005.

We're unable to email your results to you.

Will you contact me with my results?

At times we may need to speak with you about your results, this could be for a number of different reasons, it's not necessarily something to be concerned about.

Generally, we don't contact you if you have tested at the Pitstop Clinic and your test results come back negative, as you will have an SMS text message letting you know this.

Should you receive a text message asking you to get in touch with us, we'll provide our Sexual Health Office telephone number in the SMS message we send you, alternatively you can find it easily, along with their opening hours, on our Contact Page.

Pitstop Clinic

Pitstop Clinic is a dedicated clinic for Gay & Bisexual Men, Trans people and Lesbian women, who don't have symptoms and would like to test for a range of STI's. This is a face-to-face testing service, with LGBT staff, that runs out of our Woolwich offices and we have a nurse-led clinic once a week on a Wednesday evening. These services are open to you, regardless of where you live.

Free Condoms

If you are a Greenwich resident you can order free condoms to get delivered to your door. As many as 2 packs per month. You can even set up a repeat order to have them delivered every month.

Order STI Kits

If you live in Greenwich you can order a home STI testing kit to be delivered to your door completely free of charge. Simply take your tests and post it back to us and we will text you your results.
